Hot Chamber Die-Casting Machine
The development of zinc casted parts, components and/or products are initiated from the DIE-CASTING PROCESS. Molten high quality zinc alloy is injected through high pressure chamber machinery into a mould with the designated form and contour to provide the required parts, components and/or product the figure. Our current resources include 10 units of Automated Hot Chamber die-casting machine, tonnage ranging form 25 tons to 125 tons, providing an adequate platform for our company to engage on speedy, quality and technically demanding assignments.
The casted parts, components and/or products will go through a series of secondary process, as depicted below, to further enhance the casted parts, which provide further value-added means to the casted parts.

Electro-plating is our SPECIALITY. Our focus and expertise is on extensive range of parts and components from minute to large dimension. Mould Making Facilities
Our company also provide engineering supporting services which encompasses fabrication of mould, tools and dies, tailor-made ‘guide & grasp’ gadgets in supporting machinery to produce a wide range of products that are needed for daily usage. Our concept formulated by our company, DESIGN, DEVELOP and DELIVER, the parts and components needed by mould, tools and dies, gauges, jigs and fixtures.
